Would a tune be beneficial?
Would a tune be beneficial? With my minor mods would a tune help. I changed my plugs a few months back and they were white-ish grey in color. I thought this meant the car is running lean. Also My noob mod mistake = SLP 85mm MAF I think the unit advances the timing an leans it out more. So would a tune help?
it depends. on my 00 formy with only the SLP airlid, i gained .2 and 1.4 mph using the hiperf/stock cam program. http://www.stealthram.com/vhptner.htm
The SLP MAF will richen the Fuel Trims's about 8% and lean out WOT by about .5 AFR I Always think that a car can bebefit from a tune. It is never optimized from the factory and once you start modding it is out of whack.
