Knock sensors - low octane table?

Knock sensors - low octane table? I just flunked NYS emmissions again.
In response, I have changed the 02 sensors and I'm ready to tune with LS1Edit for the second time in two years. I know I am running rich since I smell raw fuel from the pipes...
Is it possible that my mild street cam is telling the PCM to use the low and not high octane tables? I suppose I could do a OBD2 software test again to see if the knock sensors are being activated.

Change you o2 rich lean switch points to 300 and 550 in edit. This should help a good deal with the raw fuel smell. It heleped with my gas guzzling cam.
Aside from that what are your trims at when idling. If you dont ahve cats you will always smell raw fuel....

How is this done?
Is this in the engine calabration section; which table needs to be modified to accomplish this? If I change the switch points to 300 and 550 what is the starting point for my reference?
Can you provide detailed guidance: I'm not real familiar with the program and the LS1Edit manual sucks.
