Need help with 2 DTC's

Got the old SES light earlier this week, and my M6 got hard to shift when the car is cold, but seemed fine after it warmed up. Hooked up my Predator and it told me codes P0704 & P1153 were the problem.

P0704 - clutch switch imput circut malfunction (what the hell is a clutch switch?) I guess this is why my shifter stiffened up. Does it mean I need a new switch?

The other was P1153 - H025 Bank 2 Sen 1 insufficient switching. Does this mean I have a bad 02 sensor?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
