Default installed wideband

Well I installed a tr224-112, MTI lid, QTP headers, TSP true duals & U/D pulley. These were my first mods & all done at once & still on stock tune. Now I got my LM-1 and installed it yesterday. Drove it today with WB running. It idles at between 15.0 to 16.2? It jumps around a lot. Driving it runs real lean? as well between 15.0 & 16.0. That's if I put very little load on the engine. If I put a little load on the engine it runs around 15.0 or a little higher. Here's what I was pleased with. I did a few WOT blasts in third (the roads are wet and it was scary as it was trying to spin) from around 2k to 6k. It would start at around 13.2 and go to around 12.8 right at 6k. That is pretty good correct? Now as far as the Idle and part throttle runs is that too lean? To me it sounds great, runs good and is VERY powerful. The car is a 01 Z28 M6.

Thanks.

Sounds pretty close.Did you calibrate the Wideband? You will ussually see 14.5-15.0 at idle and part throttle.13.2 going to 12.8 is about perfect for WOT.(just as long as there is no KR)

Also, if you still have a functioning AIR pump, the AFR results will be skewed until the pump turns off.

I removed the AIR system. Yes I did calilbrate the WB according to the instructions. I guess there is no way of knowing if I have KR w/o getting HPT or ATAP? My SOTP tells me this car is running awsome, it's not the same car as far as power. My car idles closer to 16.0, is this OK, can you be too lean at idle? I noticed that the car is getting pretty good gas mileage, I don't notice any change from before the mods (if I drive sensible) Like I said everything is working great. I was hoping to drive it without tuning for a while, just wanted to make sure I wouldn't hurt anything.

Anyone else have an opinion on running w/o a tune? Am I just lucky or will this change with time. I took it out again the other day and did 0 to 120+ WOT blasts many times and my AFR's stayed right at 12.8 to 13.0. I noticed at the faster speeds it would get a little leaner like 13.0. In first gear was the richest like 12.8 It was around 30 degrees F. Will my car run different AFR's when it gets warmer? I also still have questions about Idle and Part throttle, it runs 15.0 to 16.2 is this acceptable/safe?

Thanks
