Very nice thread. I will also be converting an LS1 into Megasquirt, as the LS1 + 4L60E is going into my 67 nova. I read somewhere that MS might be able to control my transmission as well?
I will be very interested if it should be made possible to control the ignition with the original sensors. Otherwise i will be going for the Ford EDIS setup i think.
