doubleclick on setup.exe? that's all I did... it extracts the 3 .cab files to the appropriate location and adds the shortcut...

Any errors? Do you have all three .cab files in the same directory as setup.exe ?

I have the upgrade 1.5 and there is only 1 cab file.

If you only have the upgrade, you need to have the full program installed first. The upgrade will make changes to an existing install of LS1Edit.
