False knock

False knock I've tried tuning several 2003-2004 LS1 Corvettes lately that get about 4 deg of knock retard at about 4000 rpm. How do you lower the sensitivity on these models with LS1 edit. It was easy on 98's, they have an actual noise floor that you can change. 
i get that some times. i have learned to ignore it- it hurts and worries me but it doesn't matter,timing or fuel don't help.. i have tip-in kr that seems to me to be inconsistent and false.- also on a 98 car.
you may want to play with the kr decay rate to see if it is just a spike and then that is it- then try to play with the ve table or pe or something to that affect.
