Basic code reader?

Basic code reader? Hey guys I am looking for something basic to read and remove ses codes and stuff like that for my 99 TA. Anyone know of something that is cheap and works? I was thinking about spending the money for a Palm and auto tap but don't really wanna do it. also I ran across this site that seems to have good info. Might be a repost if not then maybe a good find. http://www.obdii.com/

That device looks like it'd be good for reading codes ... if it can't clear them you can always pull the PCM fuses w/the key in run (car off) to clear them
Definetly doesn't support the actual removal of the codes though... that requires a programmer or a custom tune ... many sponsors on the right offer these services (you mail your PCM to them they remove the codes you request as well as other items)
