EFIlive new version and new hardrive slow?

just got a new version of efilive the latest from their website and a new hardrive for my laptop. It seems to have a delay showing all the info that happened like it has a 10 sec delay.
Connection is good the parameters are in default, baud rate, dynamic packets, (only 26 pids) what could it be?

Delete EFI live completely from the computer. Restart the computer and re-load the software. That should take care of it.

I am having no issues like that on mine, running great on 3 different systems. Although I did load it and my car is running faster

Also make sure your COM port settings are correct , they probably have reccommended settings in the help file
