400 for LS1 is it a good price?

Default 400 for LS1 is it a good price?
there is a guy close to my house that is doing tuning using ls1 edit and charges 400 thats with the dyno and you get unlimited off dyno updates is this a good deal?

400 is good, round here at 1 Bad LS1 it is $500 for a dyno tune w/ unlimited pulls but no updates...But also, they wrote the book on the LS1.
