03 PCM and Electric Fans

03 PCM and Electric Fans Guys,
Getting ready to install the 05 Electric Fans in my 03 Truck. Gonna control them with the PCM via Nelsons 3 relay wiring harness. I've read that the 05 PCM's don't turn the fans on above certian MPH's. Do the 03 PCM's have the same logic? Looking at HP Tuners appears I have the capability to control the 2 fans independant of each other. Fans Stage 1 and Stage 2. With Setpoint temps for each.... Also a min and max mph. I am not seeing how you control 2 fans independant of each with just one output. Pin #42?

When using the AC the fans will shut off after a certain speed unless the ECT is over your ECT fan settings. When fans are on for engine cooling there is no mph limit to their operation.

stage one and stage two is just a high and low settings. I have seen nothing that turns the fans off at a certain mph on hp tuners. HOwever, I have my ac cutting off at 5 thousand rpm's. Thus, As long as my ect is lower than what I have in the program, my fans will cut off as well above 5 thousand rpms.
