Quick Injector tune question

Quick Injector tune question I recently picked up some SVO 36lb injectors (dark blue top) Its to my understanding that the rating of 36lb is at 3bar, where as our cars run at 4bar, which shoul e roughly 42lb. I dont know how to convert 3 to 4 bar, so if anyone could help with that as well, that would be appreciated. My question is, I took the new injector (42lb) and divided by my old injector (28.8) and it gave me 1.46, which is roughly what I should have multiplied my IFR table by correct? Problem is my car ran rich before and is running lean now. Should I assume the flow rate of 36lb? I need to decrease the IFR table to richen the car up to where it was before hand. Thanks in advance!
