o2 sensor problem and HP tuners. Need help.

Default o2 sensor problem and HP tuners. Need help.

I took the car out for a drive and scanned with HP tuners for the first time. I was throwing codes with my bank 1 O2 sensor. I replaced the sensor with a 2002 vette rear sensor and scanned the car again. Bank one is still errratic and is jumping all over the place. Bank 2 is very smooth in comparison when scanning with the line graph scan feature. What could cause this bank one problem?

plugs?
header leak?

I replaced the intake a few weeks ago. Intake leak?

jumping is good, slow moving ones are either not getting hot enough, or just going bad, id say they arent hot enough more than anything. jes

so, if the bank 2 sensor is not "jumping around" then that sesnor could be bad? It looks like a flat line on the HP tuner scanner.

id check wiring if it is not moving at all, it might be melted somewhere

Yes, at part throttle the O2's voltage should be switching (bouncing high and low). If you don't find a bad wire try putting the O2 sensor you replaced from bank 1 into bank 2 and see if it starts bouncing like it should. Just a thought.
