How to lock verter with HP Tuner?
How to lock verter with HP Tuner? Gonna be tuning a auto tomorrow and would like to know how to lock the converter after the tune is complete to get the numbers up for the owner. Car has a 3500 TCI in it. Thanks fellas.

you've got two methods
1. Set the 3rd apply for the tables under Transmission, A4 TCC TCC Apply/release speed
Should be able to set the values that default to a really high speed to a speed you'll be at (like 70) then it should lock at 100% TPS at that RPM
2. You can hook HPT scanner up and use the VCM controls... there's a button to force the converter to lock
