Default Help me install my LS1 edit please

I have the cable that is locked to my car. Lost my edit program ,got it from somebody else and now I cant remember how to install it correctly. When I go to edit my tune it says that there was an error loading and something about a possible bad install . Basically I need a copy of the email that you guys got from carputing with the install instructions or just tell me how to do it right please. the files go as follows: Update1.1, LS1_Ed1, ls1_Ed2, ls1_Ed3

1st email

Create a new folder to save your install disks. Detach this
file, and save it in that empty folder.

I will send you two more emails. Each will have a file
attached. The third email will have the installation
instructions.

After you install the software you will have a TuneItUp entry in
your Programs folder, and in it will be the software and user guides.
Read the Users guides to see how to use the programmer, and the editor.

2nd email

Just detach this file, and save it in the folder that you created for
the first file.

3rd email

This is the last file. It is a little different.
This file is Zipped. Unzip it and save the three files in
the directory you created for the first files.

PLEASE NOTE: You must use the extract function in zip. YOu cannot run
setup from within the Zip window. You must extract LS1_Ed3.cab,
setup.exe, and setup.lst. You must save it in the folder where you put
the first three files.

This directory will now contain:
LS1_Ed1.CAB
LS1_Ed2.CAB
LS1_Ed3.CAB
setup.lst
setup.exe

Double click on the setup.exe, and it should install
your applications.

Notice that it is shipped in three files, so you can
save it to floppies and load it on your Portable. Each of
the three files will fit on a floppy.
Hope this helps!!!

BTW this is for version 1.3

Do you get the error when you try to open the edit file or just open the program. If it happens when you try to open the edit file, what version did you have before and what version do you have now?
