Question P1130 Code -> Help

I got an ses light about two days ago. Went to autozone today, and it was

P1130, which at the OBDII site describes as two things:
HO2S Circuit Low Variance Bank 1 Sensor 1
Lack Of HO2S11 Switches - Fuel Trim At Limit

I did recently install LTs,
So does this mean my a/f ratio is screwed?
I did try searching for this. Thanks for any help.

make sure you don't have an exhaust leak... if there's an exhaust leak upstream the O2 or near the O2 it'll suck in fresh air... which will cause the fuel trims on that side to go max

Did you use an O2 extension on driver side O2 sensor? (I think only passenger side requires but don't remember off hand) ... if so that's been known to cause some O2 issues too (corrective action is to get a Corvette O2 sensor ... longer wire)

that could be your problem... when I did mine I used one of my rear O2 sensors for the front left because it was longer than the stock O2 ... I know people have had issues w/the O2 Heaters using O2 Extensions (the O2 sensors don't heat up enough and eventually foul out) ... so that may be a possibility
(sensors reading bad, PCM is maxing fuel)

I'd check for an exhaust leak first though

Try swapping the sensors from side to side and see if the code follows, if so replace that sensor.
