P0412 and P0418 Codes..... HELP!

P0412 and P0418 Codes..... HELP! Just put the car back to stock and I get these codes. I know it has to do with the AIR system and it is all hooked back up right what could be wrong? Please give me some ideas so I can fix it ASAP.
