I have a question about the predator. I've been thinking about buying one for a while but haven't been able to justify the $400. Does the programmer allow you to set your cooling fans to come in at a lower temp? Also, are the HP gains noticeable? The real question is, is it worth the cash.

Well, sooner or later everybody needs some way of making adjustments to the tune. If you don't have the money for a laptop and real tuning software or a dyno tune the Diablo is a good alternative and is the best handheld on the market. I think it was well worth the $400, I have gotten alot of use out of it and have gotten many custom tunes from them. You can adjust fuel, timing, cooling fans and a bunch of other stuff. The new GM pickup Predator also has a ton of new features, I talked to Diablo earlier in the week and the updates are suposed to be passed onto the F-body units soon. Although, we've been waiting for an update for over a year now. People pick up anywhere from 5 to almost 20rwhp in some cases, all depends on how you tweek the tune and what your current mods are.
