Default HP Tuners questions

My car is an 01' automatic, I will be installing long tubes and an ORY this spring. After that I plan on a converter and maybe a cam but may not be for a while.
I was pretty much decided on going with the Predator but after reading through some posts here and talking to a few people I may be re-thinking it.
What drew me to the Predator was it seems really easy to use. With the custom tunes via email and still having the ability to make some minor adjustments to timing & fuel, it seems like anyone can use it. The downside is not being able to log data, which seems kind of important if you're going to be making those adjustments.
For the most part all I would be doing is turning off my rear o2's for the headers and other minor things being done with the HPP3 I'm now using.

So is it worth the investment even though I don't plan on doing much in the way of mods ? Just how easy is it to use?
From the looks of things it seems everyone who has it is pretty happy.
talk me into it.
