Tune issues, HP help..
Tune issues, HP help.. Well, after my H/C install the car has issues..First off the o2's werent reading at all, like 25..I was told they were supposed to be in the 400's..the car surges on startup, then as it warms up the idle increases to around 1500 RPMS..Ive replaced the o2's and its still the same, any suggestions? Before the install it had a cam, it seemed to surge on startup then as well, and also seemed to be on cruise controll when off the gas..I have the bin file if anyone would like to look at it and help us..Car has MTI heads, Futral F4 cam and all the other bolton goodies.....Thanks
is the 1500 read by the tach? If so read it via a scanner...was it tuned for the old cam? Who did your tune? Check for cut o2's if they still arent reading correctly or possibly burnt o2 wires. Didnt it idle at 3000+ before? and now its down to 1500? What did you change other then the tune and the o2's?
