Long Tubes w/ True duals???

Ive had my car tuned by Carolina Auto Masters and they did a great job. When I had the tune done I had Mac Mids and Hooker catback. Since the tune ive added Pacesetter LT's and True duals w/ 1 chamber flows. Could I benefit with another tune? Do I need it?
