Threw SES light Code P1336, need help please

Threw SES light Code P1336, need help please I went to a local service shop who read the code (1336) and it was for "crank system variation not learned", he could not clear the code from the computer, or reset the light.
Engine is stock (14K origional miles), with free ram air, Yank 3000, and transgo shift kit, 3.73 gears.
In January 04, I had Mike Morgan tune my PCM, and have not had any trouble with codes until today, does anyone know what this code means or intales?
