Need help in St. Louis LS1 Edit

Need help in St. Louis LS1 Edit My car has failed emission test twice now. However the guy with the sniffer test that if I clear my code out on OB computer and get rid of the SES light. That he will not have to do the sniffer test since the car is 96 or newer. My SES light is on for the EGR valve. I need some close by in St. Louis to help to eliminate this code with LS1 Edit. Please help I have been driving on expired plates for awhile now.

P0160 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2 -- can be removed w/out issue... post cat O2 ... however if you still have Cats could indicate a failing cat
P0405 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit Low , could be !EGR or a failing EGR ... can be removed w/out performance issues
