Wow, those are some lazy **** O2 sensors. I don't know if you said already...but I am not reading all that crap. Are you running long tubes?

how will long tubes effect tuning? i know the o2s run colder but is there any way to compensate for that?

You betchya they are lazy. I had to add a stack of gain to get them to swing. The reason is they are facatory supplied for a 2" pipe straight off the header. I enlarged the CATS and pipe to 2.5" and of course slowed everything down. So the O2s run cooler with less backpressure from the CAT.

It doesnt matter anyway. Just so long as they maintain a good swing is enough to maintain stoich. Note that off idle it picks up real good. They flatline when I go to lean cruise from 60kph and above - which is to be expected.

Just imagine if I had LTs? They wouldn't respond no matter what. I have STs.

Just keep adding fuel charge via the Proportional Base Idle Airflow until it swings. If you keep on going up to near 900 I would suggest its time to upgrade to O2s that have a higher temp. heater element or at least run in a cooler temp range. You could also heat wrap your collector till the O2 or try heat wrapping all the header/ceramic coating them. That will raise gas temps. somwhat.

My O2 were swinging nice after TTS LT's. But they were placed right after the single collectors come together. Winter also no problem (-10*C).
They just started to swing a couple of minutes later than the stockers. Still no codes.
MNR-O: do you have exactly the same engine over there as in the US? Maybe the O2's are somhow different...

I don't think so. Could be that they weren't fitted deep enough into the new collector. Who knows. They still work and apparently adequately so.
