Map sensor question just for curiousity, should the map sensor read 10 psi at idle? I know it use to read 3-4 psi at idle in the summer, im constantly getting p0101 and a rough idle and I think this sensor is screwing with the pcm and keepin it in speed density. I know the maf readings are around 1.30 lb/min or so at idle like its always been. Any thoughts on this mighty ls1 gurus?

Depending on engine size, camshaft and timing, MAP readings should be between 25 and 70 kPa at idle. There's no way you should be seeing any type of positive pressure at idle-- even in a supercharged engine. If you haven't worked with the kPa scale, it may take a litle getting used to, but it makes a lot more sense than vacuum/pressure where vacuum readings are stated in inches of Mercury and pressure readings are psi. Besides, all calibration tables that are referenced to MAP use kPa on one axis, so if you use the metric scale for data acquisition, you don't have to do a bunch of conversion when you recalibrate.
