MAF Sensor 0101

MAF Sensor 0101 g5x3 cam in a GTO.
I have done the procedure for setting up the MAF at idle - tracking DESIAC vs. MAF and have it all lined up.
Now, when I am cruising down the HWY - 70-75 in 6th at approx 1800-2000 RPM, I am getting MAF Sensor Performance 0101SES code.
It happens about 1x per day.
Any thoughts??
Stock MAF w/ screen, nearly new - does it with K&N and stock paper filter.
