Default Kansas Tuner?
I'm out in the middle of Kansas and I was wondering if anyone knew of any good tuners possibly in the KC or Wichita area?

I'm not aware of any... but if you go to the alpha sponsor list (top right ) you can enter your zip and see if any shops that offer tuning are close by

Where exactly are you located? Maybe you can find somebody with hptuners for you year of car. If you want a shop to do it you'll have to go to KC.
