HP Tuners and diagnostic tests

HP Tuners and diagnostic tests Does anyone know for sure if HP Tuners is able to toggle the OBD-II diagonostics on or off?
I know it can be used to modify what sets the SES light to come on, but can you actually turn the tests on and off with it?
I had my car tuned and we turned off the tests for the rear o2s.. I need to turn it back on so that I can pass smog. Im debating buying hptuners or ls1edit, im leaning towards hptuners.

Changing how the car sets and SES is what toggles the diagnostic tests... example... rear O2s... if you disable them, then the diagnostic test will run as normal, but since it's not finding a reason to set an SES it will cause that readiness test to go to complete.
HP Tuners also includes the ability to see which readiness tests are complete as part of the built in scanner
