i'm changing the sensors in my 98. i kept getting a code for my front and rear KS so i am just going to change the harness and KS's. i want to know if upgrading to the new style sensor and harness is a direct swap. the last numbers of my current sensors are 222 and i believe i would need the 603's. does anybody have the part number for the new style harness?thanks

 

I don't have the number, but I just changed mine out afew weeks ago (98 to 99+newer). It was a direct swap sensor's & harness. Make sure you put a ring of RTV around the rubber gromets so your front sensor doesn't get water in the cup, There's a GM bulletin on it. Mine looked like it was on the bottom of the ocean (rustyyyyyy). I also used some teflon tape on the threads, just to keep them not too sensitive.

 

thanks for the info, mine are actually clean but the harness is kinda shitty so that might be my problem. but since i'm their might as well do the upgrade.
