Check this out. I am bored so am looking around for stuff for my car and came across this thing. The DTEC you use a game boy to read boost,RPM,EGT's some other stuff I think it is a data logger to. check it out http://www.turboxs.com/

won't be able to log EGT on our car as we don't have an EGT sensor stock
Looks like it's just a gimmick... no where near as powerful as even a basic scanner much less the scanners that come with the tuner packages available now adays.
