Is A Programmer Good For A Basic Car Without Cam Or Heads?

As long as it's not a HPP3... lol well, if you pick up a used one for the right price I guess ii could be worth it....

I originally bought my Predator for 400
I then bought HP Tuners for 650

I got about 100 times the functionality from it so I think it's worth it. If you already have a laptop that helps too! Having full tuning software means you won't have to pay to do retunes as you mod!
