Security Light is on..

Security Light is on.. Am I going crazy, or does the security light not stay on while you are driving? I noticed it today when doing some logging. I'm hoping you f-bod guys have a security light, so I might be able to get some insight from you all. Why would it be on, and is it possible to turn off with HPT.
I did program a new tune, so I'm guessing I just fudged something up....
Any ideas?
I did a DTC run. It showed: 1626 - Theft Deterrent Fuel Enable Signal Not Received

Here's what you do:
Turn on the truck to "run" and let it sit until the security light goes off (can take a looooong time)
Turn off the truck for 5 minutes
repeat three times
If that doesn't work or if the security light doesn't go off, turn on your lights, disconnect the battery and wait about 5 minutes. Reconnect and see if it worked (this method didn't work so well for me and I eventually found the first method and it worked).
