Default HP tuners tunning for boost

I just put a procharger and 42 lbs injectors on my car. I have HP tuners but am not all that great with it. what all do i have to change so i can get my car to the dyno? some please help

timing, ifr table will need to be scaled, pe tables will need to be modified

What about VE? Do you need the 2 bar or 3 bar upgrade? Im starting to tune mine after upping the boost a couple of pounds, adding meth, a cam, and headers.
Im assuming that we can unplug the MAF to get LTFT' s in order as long as we stay out of PE or boost. Is that correct. I just have the basic V1.6.

if you can afford the 300 upgrade id get it, but its not necessary to tune for boost.
