Default Please Help With Timing

My new 347 will arrive shortly, The car will be raced n/a ,stage IIR heads and 11:3-1 cr. The car will be street driven here in florida and see a lot of track time. Ive run 28*@ wot in the past. Can I get a legidimate performance gain increasing it to say 29-30*?? Is that pushing it in the fl. heat at that cr?? Thanks for any input.

With stock compression I got the best performance around 28 degrees timing. It would tolerate 30-32, but the performance dropped off. With your compression, I'd think 28 would be pushing it...
