I would drop 4* of timing too
Also be running TR6 plugs and I believe the general rule is spark plug gap is .050 minus .005 for every 50hp over stock (I think that's what Colonels nitrous guide said)

i thought it was .004 for every 50 and 2 degrees for every 50 hp you add, so 4 is correct. thats for a wet shot. if its a dry shot you will have to change your timing tables fairly drastically, and "split it" also add some more fuel, it will hurt NA performance, and pull extra timing for when the dry shot hits, it goes quite lean.
nos timing & fueling (dry kit) cant you just log some runs and find your maximum maf [g/sec] on the chart display or the advance cells on the histogram on a N/A run and then reduce timing below those cells in editor, this way it shouldn't effect N/A timing and only go into thoses cells higher [g/sec] cells under a nitrous load, thus using the timing you program in the higher cells. example 24-22 degrees or whatever you program?
