Default How to stay in open loop (obd 1)?

I am using tunercat, and i am trying to figure out how to stay in open loop all the time at the dragstrip. Do i play with:
A) kickdown mode enable TPS threshold
B) kickdown mode disable TPS threshold
C) Min coolant temperature for closed loop
D) Min coolant temperature for closed loop, cold mat
E) Closed loop idle enable vehicle speed
F) %TPS threshold for WOT Vs. RPM (High Cool)
G) %TPS threshold for WOT Vs. RPM (Low Cool)
H) all?
I) something else or none?

C&D will do it.

The ECM looks for multiple things to be ready before going C/L. Setting the enable temperature way up will prevent it from ever going C/L.

C) Min coolant temperature for closed loop

That'll do it. Jack it up to some ridiculous value.
