Cags..2-3 shift...use as Drag cags??

could my 2-3 lockout be used as a drag cags setup...to lock a car out of doing the 3-2 shift on accident... I saw settings in the HPTUNERS Screenshots....
it could be a useful way of using cags

I tried this a while ago but never could get it to work. I changed the disable TP to 100% and messed with the enable and disable speed, but still nothing.
