Weird rpm rising

Weird rpm rising Just finished A4 to M6 swap and everything went great, except when I am going along at low speed and I let off the gas and push in the clutch, my rpms go UP!
Example: I am going along at 20mph in 2nd gear at 2k rpms lets say just for example. If I suddenly let off the gas and push in the clutch, the rpms will shoot to 2500 and then come back down slowly.
Any idea what tables I need to mess with? I have HPT...
