Default fuel trims way + and then go - ???

ok so i went out on a ride and all my fuel trims were showing +4 to +9. after a little bit of driving they started to go back down around -2 to +2. the car was shut off and then sat a little bit and then we went back out. well at first they were really positive again and then they started to go back to normal.

what would cause this? just the car maybe needing to learn a little bit more? the tune was just put in the car today and we drove about 20 min. my only concern is this never happened before, but i figure its just a cold start/learning issue or something. let me know what you guys think
