Odd fuel cutout problem???

Odd fuel cutout problem??? Hello,
I've recently installed a STS turbo kit on my 04 GTO. Everything works great, and I have no complaints. I am running into one very odd problem though, and I think it has to be tuning related.
If I'm doing say 4000RPM in third gear, just cruising along, not into the gas, but not coasting either, and decide I want to GO, if I drop the pedal, the car does nothing. I don't accelerate at all, and will start to lose speed. It makes no engine noise. I have HPTuners, and I do have a log of when this happens. It looks like I run into a fuel cutoff. TPS is 100%, O2's drop to nothing. I've stayed on the gas as long as 10 seconds, and it doesn't change. However if I lift off then floor it again the car accelerates properly. It also works properly if I ease into the gas. And it also works fine if I downshift and nail it right away. I only run into this if I'm holding it in gear and floor it.
Any ideas? I can provide the log if that may help.
