Default IAC reads 0 at idle..is this ok?

The car fires and idles...Idle is a little rough but not too bad. My IAC count reads 0 at idle. Is this ok since the car runs and idles or should I try to bring it back up some? I am also dealing with the low speed cruise bs thou...

I'm using HP tuners scanner. Just to clear things up before anyone asks. The IAC is plugged in, the car isn't surging, no vaccum leaks...and the IAC is working (goes up while driving around, but it sits at 0 at idle)

The low speed cruise sounds like you really have exceeding what your IAC can compensate for. If your idle goes too high (100 over for a few seconds, I think) then your car will throw an IAC code. You really should try to get it at 40-50 counts. No matter what your idle counts are, throttle cracker will still work as you drive, so yes it should open.
