Tuner Cat and FreeScan not working. I have Tuner Cat and FreeScan software for my 94 LT1 OBD1 and neither are working, Freescan says the ALDL cable is hooked up but nothing will register on the screen as for data wise, as also Tuner Cat.

Check the "Interact" with PCM checkbox. It will sometimes wakeup the software. Also, try downloading a program called PCMCOMM and see if it works with your setup to test your communications.
