HPP3 reprogram question.......

HPP3 reprogram question....... Yeah, yeah. I know. Everybody thinks the HPP3 is dog crap, but I got one off of ebay cheap. Now, I know why it was cheap. The S.O.B. never put his car back to stock, so now I have his VIN in the programmer. Of couse he's since sold the car. Just checking to see if anyone out there knows what can be done. I contacted Hypertech and they said, of course, the only way to reprogram it was to have the original vehicle. So you can't tell me that the company that sells and makes these can't flash it for me or help me? Anybodys $.02 is appreciated.

If you could work that out with him sending it back, Hypertech should do it. By the sounds of the situation, he just wanted to make a quick buck. Hopefully, it will work out for you.
