o2 oscillation question

Default o2 oscillation question

just wanna make sure all is good for me.

going down the road the o2s go back and forth very nicely, at idle they barely move now. ive been having all the injector problems and want to rule out the o2s not working right. i would think if they werent it would happen all the time but i would rather ask and be sure of it.

Might look into Corvette rear(post cat) 02's. they have a higher wattage heater and correct most problems found with stock o2's in long tube headers. They simply do not maintain enough heat at idle to function properly. Thus the higher wattage o2s hold up better to the cool egt at idle.

ok thanks, do you know the part number?

see im gonna have to go back and check, i think they may be ok because iwth the stock injectors they were working fine, so i would imagine with just and injector swap, changing hte right tables should make something work for me

At Idle, it may well be there is not enough injector PWM to force an oscillation. Adjust the Closed Loop Proportional Idle Gain values by increasing taking the next highest cell to the right and pasting that value into all cells to the left. Keep doing that till you see oscillation.

Whats your IFR table look like? Did you keep the same profile and just multiply all values by a percentage?h

yes i did i multiplied it by a %, i will get good oscillation at idle when the injectors are scaled smaller but the car reads rich, about -9%, i tune that out in the VE and it gets even richer and idles bad and o2s dont oscillate

The Bosch # is 13111. For AC Delco have them lookup an 02 ls1 corvette downstream(post converter) o2.
