What could be wrong??? last week i went out to my car and went to use the remote and nothing happened, i went inside to get my spare remote and still nothing, ok no biggie ill use the key. well i put the key in the drivers side door and turn it, unlock it and open the door, about 5 seconds later the alarm starts going off, and i cant get it to stop. so i call the dealership, its an 01 by the way and has no warranty left but i figure they would no more than most. apparantly this is the only camaro that has ever had this problem and they act dumb telling me to bring it in, well im not gonna fall for that one. i call my dad and he suggested that maybe the battery in the remote was dead and i really didnt think that was the problem. i jump in my bros 94 honda accord, 5spd, and head to the dealer to buy a battery for the remote, i go home and push unlock and sure enough it unlocks and now the other remote works to, please help me with what this is, and if this is in the wrong forum then someone please move it. thanks.
