Default what A/f ratio?

Going to have MAF pipe, pulley, and full exhuast w/LT's

what's a safe AF ratio?

what else should I do for the tune?

around 13.0ish... in the bottom half of your rpms though push it a little richer to build tq

how much richer would you recommend ? high 11's ? low 12's ?

high 11's are not needed on a NA vehicle.
