TSP relearn same as Nelson?

TSP relearn same as Nelson? Just got my PCM mail order tune back from Texas Speed and performance... Stuck it in, reconnected the battery... struck in the key, turned it to on, let it sit for a few mins.. started right up like a charm.
I had them tune for my cam so it'll idle and than tune it for the rest of my mods.. posi 4.10's, etc, etc.
However, I never did a relearn... i took it down the road drove awesome cam back, cut the lawn, and than restarted it and it sounded like it did before i sent it off.... i called tsp and they said it has to relearn...

is this what i do? No security light nor service engine soon light has came on yet. I thought maybe id give it some time.. but i finally got it to do a crappy idle in park and let it sit for 15 mins. Nothing diff... took it for a drive and I had to use two feet and still didnt relearn yet.. how long does this take and do i just need to follow nelson's instructions or what?
