High Speed fan tuning?

Default High Speed fan tuning?
On my LS1 retrofit project, the wiring has been done in a way to allow me to run 1 large single aftermarket electric fan.
I am told that out of the 2 fans on the cars the BCM controls the low speed fan and the PCM controls the high speed fan.

Seeing as my car no longer has VATS and all the other gear and is running the PCM on its own, I am left with only the high speed fan values.

What I need to know is what is the lowest temperature the high speed fan can be set at?

On HP tuner you can set it to what you want on/off.
