Default Problem VE tuning

I have been tryign to get the tune nailed down but the A/F is very inconsistent. I can tune it to 13.0 and come back @ 11.8. Is there something that would be effecting the fuel ratio?

is this back to back runs, on the same day of tuning? Or are you aligning everything then coming back later to find that it is all out of whack?

Have you disabled abuse mode and cat over temp protection? I know the vette pcm is more sensitive to adjusting for "abuse" than the fbodys.

I have not disable abuse mode, could that be why the car is going into reduced power mode when I am on the gas over 4-5k? It goes into reduced power mode throws all the lights but no new codes...
