Getting pinging at 2k rpms in 5th and 6th
Getting pinging at 2k rpms in 5th and 6th Getting pinging at 2k rpms in 5th and 6th. Only for a few second when I accelerate from that rpm in those gears. Disappears by like 2100 or 2200 rpms. Anything to worry about? Doesnt seem to be present in any other gear, or so I cant tell anyway, and only at that rpm 2k in 5th or 6th. Normal? I run 92/93 octane have the vinci/crane tuner and am running the canned selection#4 with my mods..tr22 112 lsa. Going to instal new injectors (bought them not for this issue), if its a injector issue: never cleaned 75k on Oregon gas which is notoriously bad, the svo 30#'s will fix it. Just changed the fuel filter. Anyone? Without hptuners or edit I suppose theres not much I can do to that specific prblem? I can advance a retard timing wit the vinci but its only at a specififc range that I need to fek with.
